DRINK UP
Revolution Cocktails and Kitchen is at the forefront when it comes to creative cocktails. Twisted classics and original icons include the Pornstar Martini (SKYY Passion Fruit, Absolut Vanilia, passion fruit purée and orange juice served with a Freixenet Prosecco chaser), whilst twisted classics include the Poppin’ Espresso Martini (Ketel One, Kahlua, chocolate liqueur, gomme syrup, espresso and chocolate popping candy).
Up your weekday game with 2-for-1 cocktails, available every weekday between 5pm – 7pm. Alternatively, master the tricks of the trade and end up shaking and stirring like a pro with Revolution’s interactive cocktail masterclasses featuring demos, tastings and personalised Vodkaccinos, perfect for parties, office get-togethers and team-building.
For shots, there’s nothing better than one of Revolution’s Handcrafted Flavours. The range, all made using premium triple-distilled vodka, comes in a dizzy array of flavours from Rocky Road and Blackjack to Candy Floss and Chilli; just choose your ‘flavourite’. A globe-trotting selection of beers and worldly wines is also available as well as bottles of bubbly for those special occasions.
WHAT’S COOKIN’, GOOD LOOKIN’?
Fresh, seasonal dishes and big flavours make for a seriously good dining experience. At Revolution, bar snacks, sharing dishes and small plates sit alongside sandwiches, burgers, pizzas and hearty mains so diners can really make a meal of it. Creative burgers include the indulgent BBQ Rib, the chipotle Brooklyn Chicken or the veggie Bean Dreamin’, with other tempting main dishes include a sensational serving of Pulled Beef Denver Fries, the fresh and light Superfood Salad and the irresistible Glazed Half Roast Chicken. Keeping the sweet-toothed happy, the impressive Chocolate Concrete Sundae oozes brownies, salted caramel and ice cream, whilst the Warm Apple Pie is a cosy and wholesome dessert option. From Monday – Friday, two courses will set you back only £10.95, and an upgrade to three courses will add on just £3.

Converted from former department store, McEwan’s, the listed building, split over two floors, has been given a very respectful refurb with plenty of the original features giving character to the new bar.
