All of these ideas are also perfect for putting together your own Christmas cheese board, so if you can’t resist them for yourself, then you can easily build a delicious cheese plate from the suggestions below!

We love Galloway Lodge pickles as an accompaniment to our cheeses, and they’re the perfect addition to any cheese board. The Poachers Pickle is our favourite, but they’ve got a great selection to choose from for all tastes!
What’s a Christmas cheese board without a selection of oatcakes?! Macleans Highland Bakery have been using the same recipe for the last 100 years, and have a selection of flavoured oatcakes too.
We sell Isle of Mull cheese at the Cheese Pantry, and it’s always a popular choice with our customers! We’d recommend the hearty, full-flavoured Isle of Mull cheddar, and the Hebridean Blue, which is strong with a lingering flavour, just perfect with he Christmas port!

Another popular producer with the Cheese Pantry customers, the Snowdonia Cheese Company create a delicious range of products in North Wales. From Green Storm to Amber Mist, their range of truckles have something for everyone.
Cheese making by the Stone family since the 1950’s, Highland Fine Cheeses focuses on mould ripened cheese with Brie, blue and washed rind styles. You can find Minger and Fat Cow in the Cheese Pantry, and 4Ewes is also available for a short time over the Christmas period.
Based on an Italian gelato style of ice cream, Black Isle Dairy ice cream is churned at a slower speed than the more traditional American-style hard ice cream. You can get your hands on some of their delicious flavours in the Cheese Pantry!
