Skye Marine boat tours and fishing trips

Join Skye Marine for a truly memorable private, family boat trip from the shore of Loch Greshornish, Edinbane – on the road to Dunvegan Castle from Portree. You’ll head out into Loch Greshornish then on to Loch Snizort and Loch Diubaig and, depending on the time of year, you’ll have a great chance of seeing seals, puffins, dolphins, porpoise, Minke whales, the elusive sea eagles and even otters + an abundance of other marine mammals and seabirds around some of the remote, uninhabited islands that we visit. Our experienced skipper will take you to the very best locations that can only be accessed by boat, like the Eas Tardil waterfall and the Ascrib Islands. Binoculars are carried on board but don’t forget to bring your camera!!

We also provide fishing trips (rod and tackle is available to hire) or you can combine your trip with a croft tour: meet the sheep, donkeys and Highland Cows and even learn to spin in our wee ‘Island at the Edge’ yarn and knitwear shop.

A truly memorable experience if you are visiting the Isle of Skye.
