The Four Seasons Hotel – St Fillans

The Four Seasons Hotel is one of the best-kept secrets in The Trossachs National park. It sits within one of the most breathtaking views in Scotland, looking westwards from Saint Fillans across the 7 miles of Loch Earn.
A long established independent hotel, The Four Seasons has recently been taken over and is facing a new era. Plans are to retain the best of the old with just a few new touches…

Accommodation

An excellent selection of accommodation available from loch view bedrooms to cabins in the woods – something to suit everyone in all seasons

Food and Drink

The Meall Reamhar offers sumptuous two rosette cuisine with the most stunning and breath-taking views imaginable throughout the four seasons of the year.

Recently promoted Head Chef Carlos, leads a multi-cultural kitchen team, each of whom brings their own skills to the table. It is a kitchen that produces 2AA rosette cuisine. Together they add flavour to the melting pot of cuisine for all to choose from. Together they select only the best ingredients from Scotland’s natural larder, much of which is from local suppliers. Together they make magic in our kitchen. Together they make memories for you to take away.

The Meall Reamhar Two Rosette Restaurant is open every evening in the summer (May to September) with restricted opening the rest of the year. It is also the location for breakfast service and our feature menu evenings and events, such as the “Wine and Food Pairing Evening”   Boys Eat Scotland visited for the Spring Food and Wine Dinner – read about the visit here

The Tarken Bar

The Tarken Bar and Bistro offers outdoor seating throughout the year as well as welcoming children and pets. Popular with the local community, it is fast becoming the place for informal group celebrations. Open most days for lunch and supper, food is sourced from many local producers. The same kitchen team who provide for the Meall Reamhar, create tasty traditional fare to suit all tastes.
