We were lucky to be able to visit The Kitchin twice in 2017 for Raymond’s birthday and enjoyed a fabulous lunch and dinner. We are delighted to add the restaurant to our Scottish Directory and thoroughly recommend a visit.

Lemon soufflé served with Knockraich Farm Yoghurt ice cream – served with Muscat De Beams-De- Venise

Braised Highland Lamb Shoulder and roasted loin served with heritage tomatoes, garlic confit and herb potato mousseline

Roasted duck from Loomswood Farm served with endive tart, roast carrot and an orange sauce.
