POP THOSE CORKS!
EDINBURGH’S POMMERY SEASON IS BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER
Fizz will once more be on the menu as Edinburgh’s newly refurbished Signet Library throws open its doors for the Festival season from Monday 3 August to Monday 31 August.
Following a £250,000 refurbishment to create Edinburgh’s most glamorous afternoon tea destination, the newly opened Colonnades will be serving many of the ‘Pommery Bar’ favourites during the month of August.  The Colonnades menu will be expanded to include the popular whole lobster, Aberdeen Angus burger, sharing platters and Pommery Champagne seasonal tasting trays, plus, the superb new afternoon tea will be served at £50 for two.
The Colonnades afternoon tea, which features stunning bespoke silver tableware and is set within beautifully refurbished elegant surroundings, is fast becoming the talk of the town.  With the finest hand crafted pastries from its resident pastry chef – previously of One Devonshire and Cromlix House – as well as the full range of Pommery champagnes and cocktails, visitors can now enjoy a taste of festive fizz all year round.
Also back in August are the fantastic Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo Dinner and Ticket packages which include a welcome drink, three course dinner and a Tattoo ticket, from only £90 per person.
Open seven days a week during the Edinburgh Festivals season, the Signet Library is always the place to see and be seen in August, and now re-opened as Colonnades, it is even more stylish.
