St Andrews welcomes a new bar and kitchen from the owners of Kyloe, Copper Blossom and Badger & Co. in Edinburgh and The Spiritualist in Glasgow with the opening of The Saint.
An extensive refurbishment has given a new lease of life to the West Port venue, with a reinvigorated approach to food, beverages and entertainment. With a fun, family-friendly atmosphere, the team are committed to being the go-to venue for everyone in the city, from local families to tourists.
The expert bar team have collaborated to create an imaginative drinks menu, making the central establishment a bar to rival its local peers. With classic cocktails, Scottish gins and craft beers, there’s plenty to enjoy in the spacious beer garden. The garden is also home to The Saint’s very own chicken coop, ensuring the freshest eggs are on offer!
The menu has something for everyone, whether you want to be a Saint or a Sinner. The breakfast offering includes a mouth-watering selection such as homemade waffles, smoked salmon and steak and eggs. With the ‘Pimp my Porridge’ you can choose additions such as fruit compote, banana and Nutella, local honey or even a little whisky. Don’t forget to try out the mimosa with breakfast as well for the perfect weekend treat!
The lunch and dinner menu are just as tempting with gnocchi, meatballs, duck Ceasar salad and range of delicious burgers. The menu will also feature a selection of The Saint’s pies, which are served with homemade chips and seasonal vegetables. The daily lunch deal means you’ll be able to get a sandwich or salad and drink for just £9. If that wasn’t enough, there are sinfully sumptuous desserts like rhubarb crumble, homemade waffle and The Saint’s cheese board.
From St Andrews locals to families visiting on a day out, The Saint has something for everyone to enjoy. A special children’s menu will make sure little ones have as much fun as the adults and with a brand new children’s activity area, they will be entertained all day long.
